Ukraine Could Cease to Exist as a State, Says Intelligence Chief
Ukraine could cease to exist as a state if society does not decide what it wants and what needs to be done for that. This was stated by the head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov.
"I collect stamps; I am a philatelist. Many countries whose stamps I look at no longer exist. Therefore, we need to seriously think about what we are doing and where we should move. We must clearly define this for ourselves... otherwise, we could simply become a subject of a stamp," he said.
