Trump Discusses His Wife's Affection for Putin

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that his wife, Melania, has a fondness for Russian President Vladimir Putin. He made this remark during an interview with New York Post journalist Miranda Devine.
“We know Putin, and she likes him,” Trump said.
At the same time, on July 14, Trump claimed that Melania is among those who convinced him to take a tougher stance towards Russia, and criticized Putin for not fulfilling his own promises.
