Arca Payment System's Operation Restored Amid Ongoing Issues in Banking Apps and Transfers

On July 23, 2025, at 10:10 AM, the normal operation of the Arca payment system was disrupted due to technical issues, preventing certain card transactions from being completed.

In response to the disruptions within the Arca (Armenian Card) system, the company issued a statement.

“As of 12:45 PM, the operation of the system has been restored, and currently, issues are only present in banking applications and card-to-card transfers. Our technical team is working diligently to restore the normal functioning of the system as quickly as possible and to ensure uninterrupted access to all services. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused and fully understand the seriousness of the situation.
