Trump Shares Speech of Azerbaijani President

Donald Trump has shared a publication of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's speech at the third Global Media Forum in Shusha. The U.S. leader posted the publication on his official page on the Truth Social platform. The post includes a video reflecting President Ilham Aliyev's remarks about Donald Trump.

It is noteworthy that the Azerbaijani president said at the forum: “I did not foresee Trump’s victory. I simply stated that, given his dedication to the same fundamental values as ours, including family values, his victory would be preferable for the people of Azerbaijan. He is the only U.S. president who has not started wars. It is also clear that during his short time in office, he sought to end existing conflicts. We are also deeply grateful to him for his efforts to facilitate the signing of a final agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Although he was engaged in more global issues of international security, he still kept the situation in the South Caucasus in focus. Of course, his victory brings us in Azerbaijan joy for a number of reasons. Naturally, we want him to finish his work and completely drain the 'Washington swamp,'” noted the Azerbaijani president.
