Two Important Negotiations Scheduled in Istanbul This Week
The third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is expected to take place in Istanbul on July 23 or 24. Two crucial negotiations are planned in Istanbul this week.
This is reported by the 'Independent Turkish' newspaper, citing sources. 'A meeting of delegations from Russia and Ukraine is anticipated in Istanbul this week. The discussions may occur on Wednesday or Thursday. Information regarding the venue, timing, and composition of the delegations has not been disclosed,' the newspaper states.
The focus of the talks will be on issues such as humanitarian aid, prisoner exchanges, infrastructure security, and border security measures.
Additionally, negotiations are scheduled in Istanbul on Friday between representatives of Iran, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany concerning Iran's nuclear program. This will be the first official contact between the parties following recent strikes by Israel and the US on certain Iranian facilities.
It is expected that the discussions will center on potential measures for limiting Iran's nuclear activities, reinstating monitoring mechanisms, and strengthening mutual trust.
