The UK Defense Secretary Jon Healey is set to announce an increase in support for Ukraine during a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, with the aim of applying pressure on Russia, reports The Telegraph.
It is expected that Healey will state that the West needs to substantially raise the military assistance provided to Ukraine in an attempt to bring Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table, as noted by the publication.
According to the report, London is planning to propose the adoption of a '50-day campaign' to arm Ukraine during a meeting with allies of the Kyiv regime.
