Investigations Ongoing Regarding Arrests in Aravshat Community

In the Aravshat community, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of hooliganism. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan, to Auroranews.

“Based on the report, on July 16, 2025, a criminal case was initiated under Article 195, Part 2, Point 5, Article 297, Part 2, Point 1, and Article 297, Part 3 of the RA Criminal Code. Four individuals have been arrested,” said Avdalyan.

It was previously reported that residents of the Vardenis community in the Ararat province stated that earlier this morning, police officers from the Artashat division of the RA police entered the community and are conducting arrests.
