Due to Certain Distrust, the Tripartite Format of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Ministers Is Not Functioning: Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at a press conference today that the tripartite format of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan has long ceased to function.
"The tripartite format of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan has long been ineffective due to certain misinterpretations regarding the current text, practical challenges, and, to put it bluntly, a certain level of distrust," he said. "This is the reality at hand," he concluded.
