Putin Has Not Sent Serious People to Negotiations, NATO Secretary General

Russians have sent not a diplomat, but a history teacher for negotiations: this was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

“Putin has not sent serious people to negotiations. I remember that we were pressuring the Ukrainians to send a serious delegation to Istanbul. And they did. But then the Russians came with some historian who began to explain the history of the Russian Federation from the year 1250,” he said.
