Erdogan's Administration Claims Unawareness of US Intention to Control Corridor

The administration of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that it is unaware of reports regarding the United States’ intention to manage the 'Zangezur Corridor'. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“We are not aware of this, thus we cannot comment on anything,” the administration said.

It is worth noting that the US has proposed to take control of the transportation corridor in Syunik, located between Armenia and Azerbaijan, to expedite diplomatic efforts towards achieving peace between the two South Caucasian countries.
