Dirty Politicized Campaign: Russia's Foreign Ministry on Putin's Statements

Axios published an article a few days ago stating that Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on Iran to accept the nuclear agreement reached with the United States, which stipulates zero enrichment of uranium, labeling it a "dirty politicized campaign," according to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"One can only guess who the client was this time; however, one of the latest publications from the newspaper, 'Breaking: Putin Calls on Iran to Accept the Deal Suggesting 'Zero Enrichment,' is clearly yet another dirty, politicized campaign aimed at escalating tensions around Iran’s nuclear program," the diplomatic agency noted.

The ministry emphasized that Moscow has consistently and repeatedly underlined the need to resolve the crisis surrounding Iran's nuclear program exclusively through political and diplomatic means, expressing its readiness to assist in finding mutually acceptable solutions.

"We call on responsible global media to rely on official information sources, conduct thorough research on the topic, and refrain from spreading false information," concluded the Russian Foreign Ministry.
