Around 16:50, operational information was received at the Kotayk Regional Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and at the Garni Division of the Community Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, indicating that a body was found in one of the houses on Summer Street in Dzoraghbyur.
