The reason for my writing is the infamous statement attributing to me the notion of 'killing two people and imprisoning 15 others,' which is portrayed as a grand criminal plan for 'murdering a person.' I do not even want to dispute the authenticity of the recording at this moment; that will be clarified in another arena. First, let me ask, how can a person without authority imprison 15 people, especially within the logic of street struggle? It is simply ridiculous... I demand that the competent authorities publish the entire context of that conversation. I assert that this cut, edited segment is speech articulated in another context, related to the functions of some authority. Again, I demand: publish the complete text of this conversation; otherwise, like this, all other expressions will remain under your responsibility as falsehoods and slander,' wrote Archbishop Bagrat.
