Alen Simonian Calls for Doctor and Firefighter for Agvani Vardanian
Alen Simonian, the Speaker of the National Assembly, has taken to his Telegram page to express that Agvani Vardanian, perhaps more than some of his friends, does not fully realize his situation. He believes that Vardanian will eventually come to understand it. Simonian shared a video with his statement.
“In an attempt to assert himself in front of his former comrades who were expelled from the party—both in the hall and in front of the cameras—this person is trying to stand out. He reads a flat poem at one moment, and at another, he walks from one point to another in the assembly hall speaking loudly, even rolling up the sleeves of his jacket. It’s as if he’s saying, ‘Look, yes, I’m poorly dressed, but it’s important,’” Simonian remarked.
“Now, this joker in his office in the Assembly, besides consuming drinks, has decided to smoke near the entrance of the session hall and is giving interviews about it, making foolish remarks with a goofy facial expression. Next time, I will call not just a policeman, but also a doctor to take you out of the ‘belly goryachki’ (translation: ‘hefty shirt’) and a firefighter to sprinkle water so that your mustache doesn’t catch fire while you’re smoking,” Simonian concluded.
