150 Lawsuits on Defamation to be Filed in Court, Says Bagrat’s Lawyer

In the case concerning the "Holy Struggle" movement, 150 lawsuits will be filed in civil court for defamation and insult against those detained. This was announced by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan's lawyer, Hovhannes Khudoyan, during a press conference.

"All those who actively spread defamation and insults are violating the presumption of innocence of the detainees. At this moment, this concerns about 150 people," Khudoyan stated, expressing hope that the material damages could serve as a deterrent for those who are "lacking in morality."
