Armenian Ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan has arrived at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This was reported by a correspondent from "Izvestia." A video shows his vehicle arriving at the diplomatic mission. The ministry has not disclosed the details of the visit.
