The Turkish Ministry of National Defense has reported that five Turkish soldiers were killed due to methane poisoning in a cave in Northern Iraq. The incident occurred during Operation "Claw Lock." According to the statement, a group of 19 servicemen was in a cave situated at an altitude of 852 meters. The soldiers were searching for the body of Senior Lieutenant Nuri Melih Bozkurt.
