French Police Begin To Stab Immigrant Boats

French law enforcement has become more active in obstructing attempts by illegal migrants to cross the English Channel. A video circulating online shows police officers jumping into the water to pull a boat ashore and puncture it.

Previously, London criticized Paris for inaction, despite the £500 million allocated to combat illegal migration. British media noted that French border guards apprehend less than 40% of migrants and often merely monitor the boats' navigation.
