Lukashenko Appeals to the U.S.

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has announced that he has conveyed Moscow's stance on the resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict to Washington. This was reported by BelTA.

It is noted that U.S. President Biden's Special Representative Keith Kellogg has promised the Belarusian leader to "work" to ensure that Kyiv does not strike Russian territory.

Lukashenko stated that this would be a positive step toward resolving the conflict. "But I don’t think they want to end this war," the Belarusian president remarked.

He also called on Washington to move away from pre-election panic and fulfill previously declared objectives.
