This is one of our greatest strategic goals at the moment, says Turkey's Foreign Minister

Turkey and the United Kingdom share positions on many urgent issues. This was stated by Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

"Continuing the agreement between Iran and Israel, maintaining ceasefire, and returning to sustainable peace is currently one of our greatest strategic goals," he said.

The Foreign Minister noted that Turkey and the United Kingdom are two strategic partners who share positions on many contemporary issues. "We are two NATO member countries that are not part of the European Union, but we have close ties with Europe," he added.
