Russia's Threat Cannot Be Underestimated: German Foreign Minister

German Foreign Minister Johan Wadephul believes that "the threat from Russia cannot be underestimated for Germany." He made this statement during an interview with the Funke media group.

“Russia directly threatens Germany’s peace and freedom,” said the head of Germany’s foreign affairs ministry. He evaluated the decisions made at the NATO summit in The Hague regarding defense spending and related infrastructure reaching 5% of GDP as “correct and necessary.”
