Moscow regrets Baku's recent decisions. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

“It is important to continue working on clarifying the causes and nature of the events that, according to the Azerbaijani side, have led to such actions. We believe that everything happening is connected with the work of law enforcement agencies, and this cannot and should not serve as a reason for such reactions. We are interested in further developing our good relations with Azerbaijan,” emphasized Peskov.
