Vaghn Chakhalyan, an activist, has been detained as part of a criminal investigation initiated on charges of obstructing the administration of justice, after which he was released. This was announced to Auroranews by the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan.

Earlier, a video surfaced on the internet showing individuals in civilian clothing taking activist Vaghn Chakhalyan into custody.
