The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, writes on his Facebook page: "A serious group of so-called 'experts' have drawn yet another science fiction conclusion from my work visit to Turkey and my meeting with the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, claiming that the ELC will be sold or given to a Turkish company. The ELC will be nationalized, dear 'experts', it will become the property of the Republic of Armenia and our citizens, while your latest science fiction delusion will vanish into thin air, just like all previous instances. Stay calm in your seats and continue to taste the flavor of the state in your mouths."
