US President Donald Trump has announced that there is evidence of the "total destruction" of Iran's nuclear facilities, which have been subjected to attacks by the US Air Force. This statement was made by the President during a press conference at the White House.

“They want to meet, as you know, their facilities have been destroyed, very harmful nuclear facilities. Now this is proven,” Trump noted.

Trump also mentioned that it would take Iran years to restart its nuclear program following the recent American strikes. “I say this as a citizen: they should not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons, and that has happened. They were destroyed. It will take years before they can start their nuclear program again,” he added.

The US President also stated that in future negotiations with Iran, Washington may demand that Tehran not only completely halt uranium production but also surrender all of its existing stockpiles of the material. “It’s still early to talk about specifics, but we may demand such a thing,” Trump said.

The White House leader emphasized that Washington has always sought to completely eliminate Tehran's potential to create nuclear weapons.
