Gold Prices Experience Sharp Decline
The price of gold futures has dropped significantly in commodity markets, with the price per troy ounce (31.1 grams) decreasing.
According to APA-Economics, citing stock exchange data, the price of August gold futures on the New York COMEX has fallen by 0.66%, reaching $3,385.7 per troy ounce.
Additionally, the price of September silver futures on COMEX has also decreased by 2.42%, reaching $36.35 per ounce.
