Trump States When the U.S. Would Strike Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump has suggested to U.S. defense officials that the country should only strike Iran if a so-called bunker buster bomb can guaranteed destroy the Iranian Fordow uranium enrichment facility, according to the British newspaper The Guardian, citing its sources.

“Donald Trump has recommended to U.S. defense officials that they should only hit Iran if the so-called bunker buster bomb is guaranteed to eliminate the Fordow uranium enrichment facility, which is a crucial site,” the publication states. According to the report, Trump is not considering the option of using tactical nuclear weapons against Fordow.
