There Are Circles in Russia Behind Hybrid Warfare: Pashinyan
I have very close working relationships based on mutual trust with the President and Prime Minister of Russia, and I cannot believe that actions could be taken against Armenia from the Kremlin or the government. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a briefing with reporters in the National Assembly, in response to questions about declarations by government officials regarding hybrid warfare against Armenia from Russia.
“However, there is a high probability that there are certain circles in Russia, and not only in Russia— I'm sure there are certain circles in other countries, specifically, that are behind hybrid actions and hybrid warfare,” he noted, adding that they have all the capabilities and opportunities to manage these hybrid risks.
