Putin Publicly Supports Iran

Russian President Vladimir Putin has publicly supported Iran for the first time since the outbreak of war. “We see that there is a unification of society around the country’s political leadership in Iran,” he stated.

According to Putin, the agreement should take into account Iran's right to peaceful nuclear energy, including not only in the energy sector, and Israel's unconditional right to security. “We have very good relations with Iran,” Putin concluded.
