Governor of Kaluga Responds to Pashinyan's Statement

The industrial volume in the Kaluga region is nearly twice that of Armenia. This was stated by the Governor of Kaluga, Vladislav Shapsha, in an interview with Russia Today.

Recall that the previous day, Pashinyan made a post saying, "This is not the beauty of Nizhniy Tapri in Kaluga for you. This is the Republic of Armenia."
