‘He Will Face Hussein’s Fate’: Israel Threatens Khamenei

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has issued a threatening message to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, suggesting that he could meet a similar fate to that of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

“Remember what happened to the tyrant of the neighboring country who chose this path against Israel,” Gallant’s words were quoted by Ynet.

He emphasized that Israel is currently delivering powerful blows to Iran on all fronts.

It is worth noting that Hussein was overthrown in April 2003 due to the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq. After being captured by American forces, Hussein was handed over to the Iraqi interim government, and he was executed by hanging on December 30, 2006.
