Azerbaijan Has No Justification for Aggression, Says Khandanian

The Chairman of the Permanent Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly, Sargis Khandanian, has asserted that Azerbaijan has no valid reason or legitimacy to launch any aggression against Armenia, in light of the Iran-Israel conflict and the potential for an Azerbaijani attack. "Moreover, Azerbaijan and Armenia have an agreed text for a peace treaty, which Armenia is ready to sign today," Khandanian stated.
