Trump and Zelensky to Meet
Edita
On June 17, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump will meet in the town of Kananskis, Alberta.
It is noteworthy that U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Canada on the evening of June 15 to participate in the G7 leaders' summit. Canada, which is chairing the G7 this year, has invited Zelensky to participate in the three-day summit.
Zelensky has stated that it is his priority to discuss sanctions against Russia, peace negotiations, arms purchases, and U.S.-Ukraine economic cooperation with Trump.
The anticipated third meeting may indicate the future of Trump and Zelensky's relationship, as well as shed light on the U.S. commitment to supporting Ukraine.
