If We Reach That Point, It Will Be Possible to Conclude Peace, Kellogg

The U.S. President's Special Representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has stated that he envisions what a future peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine might look like.

“We have been in Jeddah, Riyadh, Paris, London, and Istanbul twice. We have drafted what we call agreements. We summarized them and began searching for ways to combine them. We are quite confident that we know what the final agreement might look like. If we reach that point, it will be possible to conclude peace,” Kellogg said.
