Child Falls Into Coma After Eating Haribo Gummy Bears in Netherlands

In the Netherlands, two children have been hospitalized after consuming cannabis-infused Haribo gummy bears. One of the children has fallen into a coma, reports NL Times.

The banned substance was found in three different packages bought by the same family. It is still unclear whether such products have been exported to other countries. It is known that this type of gummy bears is also sold in Russia.

As a reminder, cannabis has been discovered in Haribo candies in the Netherlands. Several individuals have reported feeling unwell after consuming cola-flavored gummies, leading to complaints to law enforcement authorities.
