What Weather Is Expected on the Last Day of Spring

On May 31, June 1, and the night of June 2, dry weather is expected across the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in most regions on the nights and afternoons of June 3-4, as well as in some areas on June 1 and 2 in the afternoon, with a possibility of hail. This information is provided by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center.

It is noted that during thunderstorms, a wind gust of 18-22 m/s is expected. The air temperature will increase by 5-6 degrees from May 31 to June 1, and it will decrease by the same amount on June 3-4.

In Yerevan, too, dry weather is expected on May 31 and June 1-2, with short-term rain and thunderstorms anticipated on the nights and afternoons of June 3-4, and wind gusts of 15-18 m/s during thunderstorms. The daytime temperature on the last day of spring in the capital will reach 27-29 degrees Celsius, while evening temperatures will register around 18-20 degrees.
