During the second round of direct talks between Russia and Ukraine set to take place in Istanbul, the parties will discuss draft memorandums concerning their visions for a ceasefire. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, in a conversation with reporters, as reported by TASS.
“We hope that the two draft memorandums—the Russian and the Ukrainian—will be discussed in the second round of negotiations. The Russian delegation will be ready for that,” Peskov said.
Furthermore, the Kremlin spokesperson noted that the details of the draft Russian memorandum regarding the resolution would not be made public.
