Power Outages Expected in Yerevan and 7 Regions for Extended Period

The Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) has announced that on May 30, power supply will be temporarily suspended in certain areas of Yerevan and seven other regions due to planned maintenance work.

In Yerevan’s central administrative district, electricity will be cut off from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM affecting the following addresses: Teryan St. 68a, 68/3, Koryun St. 13, 13a, 15, 15a, 21, 23, 25 and surrounding non-residential subscribers; Mashtots Ave. 54; Sari Tagh 2-10 rows from one side and surrounding non-residential subscribers; Khorenatzu St. 24a; Khorenatzu 1 enclosed 1, 10, 19, 33, 56 private homes; Khorenatzu 1 enclosed 9; Nalbandyan St. 37, 41/1, and 34-59 private homes, along with surrounding non-residential subscribers.

In the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the following areas will be affected: Aygedzor St. 74-78/1, Shahsuvaryan St. 3-9, Komiats Ave. 56/9-61, Orbeli St. 12-33, 37-65, Kiev St. 1-15, 2-8, 4/2-4/4, 12-14A, 18-20, Barbyus St. 63-67, and private homes 11-56A; Yerevanyan St. 1-22, Baghramyan Ave. 85-89, Sevkaratsi Sako St. 59-92, Sevastopolyan St. 8-26, Sepuhi St. 20-29 private homes, and Hakobyan St. 1-9.

In the Kanakerr-Zeitun administrative district of Yerevan, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, power cuts will affect Gogol St. 21-62 private homes.

In the Erebuni administrative district of Yerevan, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the following areas will experience disruptions: Gajegortsner St. 40, Gajegortsner St. 74A, along with non-residential subscribers, Davit Bek St. and New Aresh neighborhoods.

Power outages are also slated for the Shengavit administrative district from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM including the VTB Armenia Bank company, Manandyan St. 33/3, 33/24 buildings, and surrounding non-residential subscribers.

In Aragatsotn region, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, power will be cut in the town of Ashtarak affecting the following villages: Mugni, Karmrashen, Akunk, Vosketas, Yeghnik, and Shgharshik.

In Ararat region, power cuts will occur from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Masis village and surrounding non-residential subscribers; from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM in Hovtashen village and surroundings; 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Yeghenavan, Lusarat, and Novak villages; the small village of Vedi partially, the military unit in Ararat village, El T B LLC, the Armenian Apostolic Church Khor Virap monastery, and other non-residential subscribers.

In Vayots Dzor region, electricity will be suspended in the town of Yeghegnadzor from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM partly covering 26 Komissar, Andranik, Zoravar Vardan, Tamantsiner, Kamo, Telavi, Momik, and Vayk streets.

In Kotayk region, from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, partial cuts will affect the community of Proshyan, located on Chaushee and Shiraz streets; Chaushee highway partially; along with 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM disruptions in Abovyan city affecting August 23 St., 15 Republic St., “Original” and “Yerevan City” supermarkets, and nearby villages.

In Gegharkunik region, from 10:10 AM to 12:00 PM, cuts will affect the villages of Lusakunk, Khachaghbyur, Torfavan, Vanevan, and Geghakar, along with non-residential subscribers, gas stations “Kapavor”, “Anush Gnar”, “Goga-Seda”, and mobile operator sites, including Viva Armenia, Team Telecom, and Ucom; between 12:10 PM and 4:50 PM, Akunk village and non-residential subscribers will be affected, including the company “Eva-Shin”.

In Tavush region, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, partial disruptions will take place in Dilijan city, covering Sayat Nova, Mkhtijaryan, Hakobjanyan, Myasnikyan, and Student streets; as well as parts of Tbilisi highway and the Taxta neighborhood.

In Lori region, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, power will be cut in the town of Stepannavan impacting Tumanyan, Charentsi, Rustaveli, Harutyunyan, Getapnya, Gukasyan, Telman, Abovyan streets, and fully encompassing Kamirj territory, as well as micro-districts №3, 4, Ashot Yerkat, Artsakh, Desini, Prometheus, Romanian, Saint Vardan, V.Hambardzumyan, and Vira hayots streets partially.
