Wind Intensification Expected: Weather Forecast

From May 29-30, during the night and afternoon, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in most regions of the Republic of Armenia, with possible hail. Heavy rainfall may occur in isolated areas on May 29-30 and June 2. Nightfall on June 1 is anticipated to be dry. This information has been provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

It is noted that during thunderstorms, wind intensification of 18-22 m/s is expected. Temperatures will not change significantly.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are also expected on the night and afternoon of May 29-30, and in the evening of June 2, with wind intensification of 14-17 m/s during thunderstorms. No precipitation is expected on May 31, June 1, and during the night of June 2.

On May 29, daytime temperatures in the capital will reach 28-30 degrees, while evening hours will see temperatures between +19 and +21 degrees.
