Pashinyan on the Wedding Held at the Sports and Concert Complex

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed his surprise and concern regarding a wedding that took place at the Sports and Concert Complex, stating, "You know, the complex has been literally falling apart for years, and despite us investing so many billions, we still can't stop the process of decay. So, what should happen in a sports and concert complex? On the contrary, we should encourage that today no one talks about it in Armenia while hundreds of families go to Dubai to have weddings and come back. But if the food system can operate here, musicians can earn extra money, designers can earn extra money, and servers can earn extra money as well as pay additional taxes, why not provide that opportunity? But let's not touch it, let's not approach the complex," he said.

A wedding event was held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex. The ceremony, which became the center of discussions, took place last Saturday. The question being debated was whether it is acceptable to organize private celebrations at a complex named after National Hero Karen Demirchyan, which is designated for cultural and sporting events.
