Rain and Thunderstorms in Armenia

From May 28 to 30, rain and thunderstorms are expected in most regions of the Republic of Armenia during the night and in the afternoon. In some areas, the rain may be heavy, and there is a possibility of hail. Additionally, short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in certain regions during the night of May 31 and afternoon of June 1.

This information has been provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center. It is noted that during thunderstorms, wind gusts may intensify, reaching speeds of 18-22 m/s. The air temperature is not expected to change significantly.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are also anticipated during the night and afternoon of May 28-30, with wind gusts of 14-17 m/s expected during the thunderstorms. On May 31 and June 1, dry weather is expected.

In the capital, daytime temperatures on May 28 will range from 27 to 29 degrees Celsius, while evening temperatures will drop to around +18 to +20 degrees Celsius.
