"Bald Dog and Thieving Cat": Arsen Torosyan
Why is Vardan Oskanyan making noise? Remember, we had a foreign minister, Vardan Oskanyan, who later attempted to enter greater politics—of course, with an unknown outcome in science. This was written by QP deputy Arsen Torosyan on his Facebook page.
“In recent days, he has been actively posting on Facebook, claiming that 'our government is one of the most incompetent and most failed,' and that 'it is the most corrupt,' along with questions like 'What happened to the 100 million of the Armenia Fund?' and even calling it 'bald dog and thieving cat.' But what is Oskanyan really saying who worked as a minister under Kocharian? No more, no less—it's better to have a corrupt but capable government—clearly referring to a 'capable' and corrupt ruling like Robert Kocharian, than the opposite.
Apparently, these people are so disconnected from reality and their own people that they claim in public, 'Dear people, it doesn’t matter that we have been corrupt, but we have managed the country well and all of you.' Of course, the myth of the capabilities of the governments between 1998-2018 was shattered immediately after the revolution, when numerous state programs began to be implemented and continue to be executed today due to the sharply increased revenues of the budget, because for 20 years the looting ceased so sharply that these programs are not even comparable to those carried out by the previous 'capable' governments in 20 years.
Now, according to the recently noisy Oskanyan, the people must choose the corrupt but capable Kocharian to 'save' the country, and he probably hopes to be appointed as the minister of the 'savior' government's occupied restroom,” the deputy wrote.
