Harvard Unable to Enroll Foreign Students

The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has stripped Harvard University of its right to admit and educate foreign students. This was announced by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Kristi Noem, who heads the department, issued an order to revoke Harvard's certification for conducting student exchange programs. Foreign students wishing to study in the U.S. need to obtain F or M visas. Documentation for these visas can only be provided by educational institutions that have received the certification to enroll students and exchange program participants. This means that Harvard University can no longer accept foreign students.

Those already studying at Harvard will have to transfer to another university to continue their education; otherwise, they will lose their right to remain in the country. Last academic year, approximately 7,000 foreign students studied at Harvard, comprising 27.2% of the total student body.

The administration holds Harvard responsible for inciting violence, anti-Semitism, and its connections with the Communist Party of China, Noem stated.
