You Have Turned Me into an Immoral Being of Cosmic Proportions: Anna Hakobyan

I look at the reactions to my recent posts and truly feel bad. Oh, I will take your pain, do not be afraid. Why are you afraid? What are you afraid of? What physical retribution, what civil war. Anna Hakobyan, wife of Prime Minister Pashinyan, wrote this on her Facebook page.

"For several years now, you have been profanely insulting me. You have turned me into an immoral being of cosmic proportions, a monster, a mafioso, and I don’t know what else; you spread indecent collages, defiling the birth of my children. There is no restriction on your tongues; you say whatever you want, within the limits of your intellect and upbringing.

And so what? Nothing. So why are you afraid now? I am merely speaking to you in your language. It turns out you do not understand any other language. I was forced to switch to a language that you can understand.

So, do not fear my posts. And in general, do not be afraid of anything. You are afraid of war, afraid of peace, afraid of the enemy, afraid of friends, afraid of spoken words, afraid of unspoken ones... Do you know why? Because you are ignorant. The less knowledge you have, the narrower your worldview, the more limited your perception, the more everything seems frightening—even speech.

And only in hysterical wailing do you feel protected and safe, feeling powerful by waving flags and such. That is why I say: Education is fashionable. However, I will not continue this for long; at some point, I will stop. But before that, I am forced to respond to the absurdities you spread about me with an accessible vocabulary—one by one. Especially to some people's baseless fantasies regarding my wealth accumulation.

You are so brainless that throughout this time, not one of you asked yourselves, ‘Well, if all this is true, why, having so much wealth and being the Prime Minister’s wife, do I still work in a foundation with a salary?’ In reality, I could tolerate you indefinitely, but this is not a personal matter. You are forced to educate yourselves; you must educate yourselves. Your brains are rotten; they need ventilation."
