We Do Not Want Power, We Want Regime Change: Serzh Sargsyan

If we nominate a candidate for prime minister, the opposition will be much stronger, not only from the 'Civil Contract' faction. This was stated by Serzh Sargsyan during a brief press conference with journalists.

"If you have been attentive, they say that they coordinated all recent movements themselves. It turns out that they have been the godfathers, and we are just the betrothed parties. Well, if they want to continue the godfather role, that means they will maintain the street struggle, and we are ready for that.

I have no intention of coming to power; my goal is regime change. Personally, I see two important objectives: regime change and the return of my friends from the prisons of Baku. I do not want anything else. Let whoever wants take everything," Sargsyan stated.
