Vladimir Zelensky is unable to conduct negotiations regarding the resolution of the Ukraine conflict, and Kyiv has neither had nor has a plan to cease hostilities, said Viktor Medvedchuk, chairman of the council of the 'Other Ukraine' movement, according to TASS.

"There is no and has never been a professionally thought-out plan for the cessation of military actions in Kyiv. The task of Ukrainian diplomacy is to sell the war against Russia and to unite as many countries as possible against it. The issues of searching for compromises, concessions, mutual agreements, and joint benefits are unknown to the Kyiv regime," the statement said.
