Kocharian's Targeting Process Against Me Started in 2008

Robert Kocharian's process of targeting me began after 2008. This was stated by Serzh Sargsyan during a press briefing with journalists.

"I believe that this process did not start in 2018. If you carefully observe the second president's interview, he mentions that this process, at least on his part, started after 2008," said Serzh Sargsyan.
