They Accepted Us into the 'Prison of Nations' – Vyacheslav Volodin

The Chairman of the State Duma and President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CSTO, Vyacheslav Volodin, has labeled the European Union as the 'prison of nations' in connection with the restrictions imposed on several organizations, particularly regarding contacts with the CSTO PA members, as reported by TASS.

'When they accepted us into the prison of nations—the European Union—they were talking about one thing. Now there is an entirely different atmosphere, different decisions, and politicians who, fearing the loss of their power, have begun to do everything possible to limit communication between their colleagues, parliamentarians, and member countries of this organization,' Volodin stated.
