Putin Still Needs to Prove Himself: Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron has written on his social media page detailing the discussions he has had with the leaders of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and Italy. This was reported by The New York Times.

"This evening I spoke with the leaders of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and Italy following the meetings in Kyiv and Tirana. Tomorrow, Vladimir Putin must prove his desire for peace by accepting the 30-day ceasefire proposed by Donald Trump, which has the support of Ukraine and Europe," he stated.
