‘No, I do not regret’ – Former Nor Nork District Head on Beating Activist Arthur Chakoyan
The former district head of Nor Nork, Tigran Ter-Margaryan, does not regret having beaten activist Arthur Chakoyan alongside his supporters. “No, I do not regret,” Ter-Margaryan said during a press briefing with journalists after announcing the termination of his powers at the city hall.
When asked why he is resigning from the district head’s position only 20 days after the incident, he replied, “I decide my actions in the political sphere – when and during what timeframe.”
He noted that he is preparing for the 2026 elections. “I am going for the 26 elections; I have made a statement, follow me,” he said.
